The space from the moment you enter, you'll be captivated by the light and airy beach-inspired ambience. The open-plan living area features a modern kitchen, dining space, and family room with elegant white solid timber floors. Queenslander shutters and three large sliding doors lead to a spacious front deck and rear pergola, creating the perfect setting for entertaining.

The sleek white and silver kitchen boasts a movable timber bench, ideal for preparing effortless holiday meals. Equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, including an induction cooktop and dishwasher, it caters to all your culinary needs.
The main house offers three generously sized bedrooms. The front-facing Queen bedroom provides stunning views of the sand dunes, while the rear Master bedroom features a King bed and an ensuite with a frameless shower screen and floor-to-ceiling tiles. The third bedroom, with a double bed, overlooks the rear yard.
Outside, the separate "bunk room" offers additional accommodation without traditional bunk beds. This space includes a Queen and a single bed, separated by a comfortable couch, with air conditioning and a TV for year-round comfort. It’s an ideal retreat for extended family or a private space for teenagers. Please note that the bunk room is available for an additional fee per night—contact us for details. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans, block-out blinds, and plush carpeting for ultimate comfort.
The home includes a laundry, a second bathroom, and a separate toilet. The expansive outdoor entertaining area features a BBQ, a large dining table, a lush lawn, and a cozy fire pit zone. The fully fenced yard ensures safety for children and pets.
With prior approval, one well-behaved dog is welcome to join your holiday for a $75 pet fee. Please note that puppies under 12 months are not permitted.
Situated on a corner block, the property offers excellent boat access should you wish to bring one. A short stroll across the sandy beach takes you to the new surf lifesaving club and the popular Kuta Shack café. Additionally, the renowned Encounter Bikeway runs adjacent to the property, providing a scenic route through Middleton, Port Elliot, Victor Harbor, and Encounter Bay.
